I’ve been contemplating how to quilt this gorgeous courthouse steps queen sized quilt for ages. Did I also mention it’s one of a matching set?! It’s too pretty to pantograph but I don’t want custom quilting to detract from all those crispity (that’s a word, right?!) points. I’ll take any ideas! Also, I’d love to connect with some longarmers!

Just a little Saturday morning quilting to soothe the soul. I have spent the better part of my Quilty life doing elaborate or difficult quilts. Ummmm, why?! Yes I know they are great for my street cred (that’s a thing in the quilt world, right?) but man. These simple quilts are just. So. Satisfying! Faster finish, mindless piecing, I’m in love! And working with beautiful fabrics doesn’t hurt either!
