3 Types of Block Construction
And really when I say this, I mean the levels of complication. There are a ton of different methods of construction, but that’s another podcast for another day.
Simple Block Construction
Think of these as one step blocks. 5″ squares, or individual half square triangles. Very simple and an excellent place to start.
Multi-Simple Block Construction
This is also very easy. Think of Pinwheel blocks. You use 4 basic half square triangles and strategically place them to create a pinwheel.
Full Block Construction
You can think of star blocks or log cabins or any block that requires a more complex construction method.
